JERJEF Homes has been a family-owned business concentrating on building homes for Brevard families since 1991. Jerry and Jeff Fleis share a common respect for the preservation of nature and a desire to build a quality product that people are proud to call home. Both are graduates of the University of Florida School of Building Construction and together they comprise an experienced building team with a focus on designing homes that fit Brevard County residents.
